Since joining the company in April 2019 as Assistant General Manager, Rob has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to innovation. He has dedicated himself to understanding Warren’s product lines, operations, and the industry, quickly becoming a vital member of our team. Over the last year and a half, Rob has introduced impactful ideas and resources that have enhanced the company’s operations and positioned us for continued success.
Rob’s professional background makes him uniquely qualified for his role as Warren Equipment General Manager. Before joining Warren, he served as a Project Manager for Schlumberger in Houston, Texas, where he honed his skills in project execution and team leadership. He holds a Project Management Professional Certification and earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University. This combination of technical expertise and managerial skill allows Rob to excel in overseeing complex projects and driving operational excellence.
Currently, Rob is working closely with Russell Warren on the expansion and improvement of the Warren Equipment facility. This project represents an important step in enhancing our capabilities and preparing for future growth. More updates on this exciting development will be shared in the near future.
